This week’s Tuesday Trigger challenge was a gorgeous photo that reminded me of all things Indian! I really wanted to play along and make an elegant gold and white card to match the photo colors.
Here is what I came up with:
Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI rustic cream, Paperzone patterned paper for background, Vellum paper for sentiment, Gold paper strips
Stamp: PTI Happy Trails sentiment
Accessories: Brown pearls, Feather cutting file from Silhouette Store
Tools: Silhouette Cameo
Here is the image from MoxieFabWorld’s Tuesday Trigger challenge:
The background paper I borrowed from my friend Pooja who had used it to make her own wedding invitations! I just HAD to have that paper for this challenge. Couldn’t get it out of my head 🙂
The brownish looking strips are actually dark golden. The little feather I cut on my Cameo and outlined with a gold gel pen. The sentiment is from PTI Happy Trails, stamped on vellum and popped up with dimensionals. I added brown pearls on top of vellum to hide the dimensionals 🙂
Hope you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by!
