Continuing the cards I made for this week’s 365 cards challenges. Here is another card:
Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI rustic cream, Studio Calico Memoir collection patterned paper, grid notepaper, scraps of leftover patterned papers,
Accessories: Basic Grey Stitched Brad, baker’s twine, doiley, black pearls
Stamp: MFT sentiment, PTI Happy Trails butterfly
Ink: PTI true black, blue pigment ink
Ink: PTI true black, blue pigment ink
I have really admired Michelle Wooderson’s style of making cards and her recent set of cards from Project Life leftovers inspired me to make this card. I’m happy with the way this turned out even though I didn’t have any Washi tape or a sewing machine. Its a VDay card without obviously being one!
I used a lovely Basic Grey brad instead of a button to hold the twine bow. Also stamped the sentiment on a piece of grid notepaper from Project Life since this challenge was about using notepaper. Added the little butterfly for some more love.
