Hello everyone! Welcome back to another Iron Craft episode. If you were wondering why I was almost MIA these last few days, its because I was preparing for Alki Art Fair! Now that the fair is done, I’ll be back to blogging and I have LOTS of stories to tell you!! So watch out for my Craft Fair Prep series this week 🙂
On to Iron Craft today….
My guest is a crafter who has inspired me for a long time so its such an honor to get to play with her! Yup Jackie Rockwell is int he house today! You may have recognized her as the creator of many fabulous challenges! She started CAS(E) this Sketch from which I have used many sketches in Iron Craft challenges. She also started the very unique Muse and Fusion challenges. Besides these, Jackie has been on many awesome design teams too. Check out her awesome blog design services if your blog needs a refresh – you won’t be disappointed!
If you know Jackie, it won’t be hard to guess at our ingredients today but read on 🙂
We are using one of my favorite ingredients of all times today – our Silhouette Cameo!!
And we are also using a Pantone color from Jackie’s challenge. Our color is Nectarine. Here is how it looks…
Curious to see what we made? Here are our creations! Mine is to the left as usual and Jackie’s to the right…
One of my goals with Iron Craft is to introduce you all to a variety of crafting styles while learning them myself. Jackie has such a unique CAS style that I had fun getting inspired from it and tried to bring some of it in my design today! Hope you liked our cards!
It won’t be Iron Craft without a giveway, will it? How about multiple goodies? 😀
First, today Jackie and I both have cutting files of our card designs for you to download if you wish! You can get mine by clicking the “Download” button right below! Jackie’s is on her blog. But read on for more goodies before you head over to her blog!

Next, if you participate in Jackie’s color challenge, you stand to win a free custom blog header!! So definitely participate! Details of the challenge are on Jackie’s blog.
And lastly, I’m sponsoring today’s giveaway for one random winner! I am giving away a $10 gift certificate to the Silhouette Online Store. You can purchase some really cool cutting files and printables there. With each shape being between 50 to 99 cents, think how many shapes that is!!
To win, just leave a comment here by 23:59 EST on July 28 telling me what cutting tool is your favorite. It can be an electronic cutter or a diecut machine or even punches or scissors — anything goes so long as it cuts!
Thanks for stopping by! Looking forward to reading all about your favorite cutting tool! Don’t forget to check out Jackie’s blog for more goodies and a fun challenge!

Silhouette Cameo is the best and my favorite cutting machine ever! My hubby got me a different brand 2 years ago, then we returned it because it made a huge mess when cut. Then I read a lot of good reviews on Silhouette, then October last year, my hubby got me Cameo as a surprise present (not my birthday, not Christmas, not at any occasion :D)
I am so glad we found Silhouette Cameo!
