Verve Masquerade Spotlight Hop

Hey everyone!

Welcome to Day 2 of the Verve October Release spotlight hops! Check out the October release if you haven’t already! For previous days click here: Day 1

Today we are spotlighting the Masquerade set and Gown die and Mask die!

I’m not a Halloween person. So when  thinking of what set to make for Halloween time, I thought hard. The aspect of Halloween I enjoy is dressing up! And what says more “dress up” than a masked ball?! Hence this set!

Here is my card today…

ChaitaliMasquerade

I printed the sentiment on my computer because I really needed a birthday card 😀 The edge is cut with Pretty Pink Posh dies and the sequins are from PPP as well. You probably saw my WCMD cards with this color combo. I’m loving creating distress ink backgrounds currently (well I always have!). I LOVE the mask die! So elegant!! The feathers are fussy cut.

On to the hop details now…

GORGEOUS watercolour background. Your card makes me think of Mardi Gras–another great time to party with a mask… Very fun release and hop.

Great colors to choose for the background and glad you did something besides Halloween …so we can see the versatility of the set! Nice job!

This is a great seasonal stamp set with the coordinating dies. Your card has wonderful colors, and the layout with the stamped and die cuts is spot on.
