Hey folks!
I’m back again as promised with ANOTHER awesome piece of news!!! I’m joining in for ANOTHER giving-for-a-cause collaboration. The first one was yesterday. Today’s is with Catherine Pooler Designs!
We are celebrating World Cardmaking Day with the Hello World bloghop!
Remember how I said that I wanted to start illustrating for some good causes? I didn’t want to stop at just one this year. I told Catherine (she is one of my awesome mentors!) about this but that I was at a loss for any idea. She promised to think on it. Then she saw Jingle‘s post in her Facebook stream the next day asking for donations for her husband Sean’s classroom to get Chromebooks and it all clicked together!!!
I loved the idea of a tech focused cause (because of my job)! And a “Hello World” themed set appealed to me because “Hello World” is the first computer program taught to beginners. Jingle and Catherine loved it too because Hello is Jingle’s favorite word and a Hello-in-many-languages set was perfect for World Cardmaking Day. See how it all fits so well?!!!
All profits from the sale of this stamp set and the coordinating dies from Saturday, October 1 – Friday, October 7 will be donated to purchasing Chromebooks for Sean Ingle’s classroom.
I want to also mention that I waived all my fees on this stamp and die set as well. My hope is that it will keep the production costs down and help donate more to the cause! ❤
So here is what I made with the products!
I told you I am hooked on to masking and distress ink blending these days after following thecoloursofmagic on Instagram! Love how this combo turned out too!
A little more details about the products. The calligraphy there is my handwriting 🙂 These are also from my recent dip-pen calligraphy obsession! Check it out on my Instagram if you haven’t already – and follow me while you are there!!
Here are direct links for you to purchase them. They are in Catherine’s store NOW!!
Some hop details for ya! You should have come here from the fabulous Stephanie Klauck. And your next destination is Dana Joy! If you want to start at the beginning, go to Catherine’s blog!
Thank you for visiting! I’ll be back many times in the week to show you more inspiration with these sets-for-a-cause. I hope you’ll join me in helping donate to these causes while crafting!!
Happy WCMD!! <3<3
