SPD August Release – Lovely Leaves

Hey folks!

Long time no see!!

I do have some very good reasons for not being here though. One is Saanvi (my now 14-month-old) but the other is that I’ve been illustrating up a storm behind the scenes! One of those sets is releasing today but I have to ton more to come in the next couple months!

I am joining the SugarPea Designs team today to show off the Lovely Leaves stamp set and die set! Wanna see the sets? Here they are!

I can think of SO many possibilities for this set! SO excited to make dozens of cards with it!! Wait till you see what the SPD DT made with it!

I went with a couple of quick cards for fall wishes. With a toddler who never lets you go from the moment you arrive home till bedtime, I’ve had to switch up my crafting style a bit but thats great because I can now showcase the quick but still pretty techniques to you!

Here I started with stamping the gorgeous sentiments in Versafine Black then clear embossed it. Then did some background stamping around the sentiment to create a nice one-layer card. Adhered the panel on to some kraft cardstock and DONE!

    Striking placement of the leaves on each of your cards. When I try to do random, it really turns out random and not the good kind !! Like your color choices for the leaves.
