Diwali Cards – Day 1

Hey everyone!

Long time no see? Yup, taking care of a new baby is a big big task! But now we are into more of a routine which gives me some more time to craft. I hope to post a couple of times every week now! Your comments and visits would really motivate and encourage me!! And I’d love to know what you want to see as well. I’m taking this chance to improve my crafting skills by trying out a variety of things that I always wanted to try!

With that, lets go into Diwali celebrations for this year! Over the next few days, I’ll show you cards I made for sending out for Diwali this year.

Celebrate

For my first card, I used the Winnie & Walter Celebrate die and cut it from gold foil. Then stuck it on kraft paper cut using a Pretty Pink Posh border die. The diya (lamp) was stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Its from my Verve Light My World set. The background paper is Indian handmade paper.

And here are all the cards in this group together.

AllCelebrate

Hope you enjoyed this! I’ll be back tomorrow with more!
