Best patterned paper ever + a giveaway

Hey folks!

So if you saw my recent Verve release post, you might have seen I talked about finding an amazing patterned paper pad. Here to show it to you today!

Its the On Trend paper pad by My Mind’s Eye. I found it while browsing my local craft store and fell in love with it. I’m definitely not a patterned paper gal so this was huge for me!

Counting the card for the Verve release and the 4 (yes 4!) cards I’m showing you today, I made 5 so far. I have this pad on my desk right now so I’m sure to use it till its all gone!

Let me show you the cards 2 at a time since thats how I used other materials on it. For the first 2 cards today I used the Memory Box Blushing Flower die. You can see I used the positive and negative diecuts – thats how much I love this patterned paper! Sentiment from PTI Bitty Bouquets.

For the next 2 cards I used PTI Bitty Bouquets and patterned paper from the paper pad. Again conserving paper by using as much as I could!

Stay tuned because you’ll see a LOT of that patterned paper here I think! πŸ™‚

Giveaway Alert

Speaking of PP, I am de-stashing a bit and have a HUGE pile of patterned paper that I’m unlikely to use in this life and the next 5 lives. So if you’d like a pack of assorted PP sheets, please leave a comment. I’ll email you for your address.

It’ll be 10 6×6 sheets in each mystery envelope and I’ll keep sending them out till I run out. Will be mailed out by USPS first class mail.

US friends only please. The cost is just too high to mail internationally.

LOVE your generosity…(and the paper)!!! A friend of mine volunteers making cards for our soldiers, overseas…she makes around 1,000 cards throughout the year with her volunteer group…so your gift of some paper would go to a wonerful cause!

What beautiful cards, Chaitali! I especially love the third one down with the graphic drawn lines with the soft flowers. The contrast just does it for me today for some reason! And thanks for the giveaway! I’ve been using up what I have before I buy more and it would be fun to have some new in the mix.

I enjoy getting your blog posts in my inbox. Your cards are inspiring. I’m curious how you tacked the vellum on the first card. I love that look but I figured out how to take to the patterned paper.

Oh, thank you. I use a lot of my own patterned paper stash for my students at school to make Mother’s and Father’s Day card. My stash is seriously depleted now, so I really appreciate it.
