Hey folks!
The Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop is in full swing! Have you seen the new home of coffee loving cardmakers yet? Amy and I had a blast setting it up and preparing for this hop. Thanks to her, we have a fabulous lineup of super and flash sponsors today!
You should visit the link above to get all the details on the hop and link your card if you’d like to join in. For this post, I’ll keep it to just my card.
Here is my card…
Has it ever happened to you that you see a card and you think “I MUST make that!” and then immediately proceed to splurge your craft budget onΒ all the supplies needed?! That was my reaction to this card by Betsy Veldman.
I used the same PTI ink colors she did and created my background by smooshing the inkpads on my craft sheet, wetting them with a little water spray then dipping my card-front in the mixture. For my frame, I created a quick design in Silhouette Studio, welded together the words and frame and cut it out.The coffee cup is from my set with Verve. The flowers are from PTI Bitty Bouquets.
Was fun making a nice Spring colored card for the hop! Hope you all enjoy the hop and do participate if you can!
Before you hop away, here is another pic of the card for you…
Gorgeous Missy! So nice to meet you in person at the class a few weeks back!
