So Anni-VERVE-sary didn’t go as smoothly as I had planned 😦 I got sick 2 days in the middle and messed up the posting schedule for the last day. Because of all that I didn’t feel satisfied with my share of the celebrations and wanted to finish up with a bang!
Its been a long time since I played in any challenges. So today being my complete relaxation and crafting day, I decided to look around and find a suitable challenge to play in. So glad I found Virginia’s View Challenge #7! I took it cmpletely to heart, dug through my patterned paper stash and used loads of patterned paper on all 3 of my cards!!
Here is the first card with the Coffee set.
I used 3 diferent patterned papers to make the background. The center panel is with distress inks and the mug is stamped then Copic colored. I LOVE the word die! So delicate and swirly just like creamy, frothy and delicious coffee!
My next card uses the Framed Lilies set.
I stamped the image on a 3X4 journaling card then colored it up. The beautiful watercolored background you see here is a patterned paper! Yup, PPs are nice that way. They let you cheat!
And my third card today is with the Small Packages set.
I created a pattern with patterned paper strips here. Love how the contrasting patterns blend together! The focal image is on Verve Banner Bundle dies and is copic colored. I gave the image a bit of background with Inktense pencils.
Hope you liked these folks!
All the Anni-Verve-sary stamps and dies are now released and available in the Verve store! And here are a couple of discounts going on in the store today! Grab the sets while you can!
