TSG229 – Be Prepared

Hey everyone! Welcome to the TSG challenge of the week! This week we are challenging you to get ahead on your Christmas cardmaking! Join us to make a few holiday cards this week! 🙂

Here is mine made with the TSG Wrapped In Joy set.

I used the latest Retro Sketch for the card.

A quick story about this card…

I have several cards lying around in my craft room that I made a while ago but which never got sold or given away. This card was one of my very early cards that has been in my card basket for almost 2 years now. I had made multiples of this pattern for a craft fair and all but one are now gone. So I cut it up, repurposed it and used the panel on my card! Great way to reuse old favorites!

I am also submitting this card to the following challenges:

• Retro Sketches #85 – I used the sketch for my card
• CASE Study #161 – The dolls really sparked my inspiration and pushed me to use this cute gal on my card! The color scheme also led me to my old card with the snowflakes and the blue brad.
