EEEEKKSSS!!! Its here finally!!! Today is the preview day for my first stamp set with TSG!!
My inspiration for this set was Henna or Mehendi as it is also known in India. This set has some beautiful borders you can use to make very ethnic cards. It is also great for background building!
Henna Swirls is a 2×6 set that includes a total of 2 stamps and will sell for $9.00.
My very first use for this set was to make a Diwali card! Diwali is a big festival in India, where I am from. A lot like the holiday season here! It has a lot of religious significance in the Hindu religion but I enjoy it for the festive spirit it brings. And it is coming up soon in November!
Since last year, I have been sending handmade Diwali cards to my friends and relatives in US, India and worldwide! Guess which stamp set is going to be used on my cards this year? 🙂
I cut the border using the corresponding Silhouette Cut File for the set and stamped and colored it with Copics. Added some bling to the centres of the flowers and popped it up with pop dots. The background is a patterned paper that goes well with the border and the sentiment I printed. It is a Hindi greeting meaning “Happy Diwali”.
I’m looking forward to sharing with you more cards with this set and hope you will share your creations with me too!!
Would you like to win the new Henna Swirls stamp set?
Here is what you need to do- visit the Trendsetter’s blogs that are participating in each of the blog hop challenges below and comment on their creations as you go.
One of the Trendsetter’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blog and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on that Trendsetter’s Blog Hop Challenge post.
You will not know which blog has been chosen so the more you comment on the better your chances are of winning new stamps!
The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Eastern Time Saturday, September 28th with the winner being announced during the release party chat.

While it’s been a little overdone, it’s a lot easier to manage hair,
young girls hairstyles take a little more of fashion then you
should first see the color of your hair. You can try out asymmetry bob with choppy bangs and a
side part looks great too.
