Sami Stamps Superheroes and Daddys!

Hey everyone!

I was away for quite a while wasn’t I? I lost my mojo for a short while but it came right back when I saw the new Sami Stamps release! Superheroes and Daddys… what a great theme!

My card uses one of the digis from the release. This made me think so much of comic-book heroes that I had to make a comic book style card. So here is my card for today…

I used my new Inktense pencils for the background coloring. Aren’t they superb?!! I made up the background by drawing the rays coming out from the center of the page with a pencil then colored inside them and finally finished off with dashed lines using a sharpie.

I purchased an important craft supply this past week that enabled me to make this background! Take a guess at what it is 🙂 I’ll put up the answer on Facebook tomorrow!

The digi and sentiment are both from the Sami Stamps release. I colored the digi with Copics and popped it up with dimensionals. Hope you like it! Do check out the Sami Stamps blog and my fellow DT blogs for more inspirations! And you can grab the digi from the Sami Stamps store!
