I like making special cards for various special events in our friends’ lives. Wedding certainly counts! Here is a card I made for 2 of our friends who got recently married.

Supplies:

Cardstock: PTI Enchanted Evening, PTI White

Stamp: There She Goes Ba Donkey Donk, Taylored Expressions You are my hero, PTI Congrats All the Way sentiment

Inks: Memento tuxedo black, Copics, Memento color inks, White gel pen for sentiment inside card

Tools: Decorative scissors

And for a little surprise, here is the inside…

I colored the cute donkey from one of my favorite TSG sets in Copics and paired it with the TE You are my Hero set splatters. Everyone should have a good splatter set in their collection! Its so essential!

For the cake I used Honeycomb paper from Inky Antics’ HoneyPOP collection. It was super fun and super easy to work with! And for the edges on the inside I used decorative scissors. Yes! Those things that existed way way before cutting machines, dies or punches! I found them at the back of my craft closet this week and felt like putting them to work again 🙂
