A Retro Sketch card

I have been having a lot of fun recently using the Embossed box of cards from DCWV. I like the clean while embossed look and with my oil-pastel crayons, the possibilities are endless!

Here is one I made for the recent Retro Sketch.

Supplies:
Cardstock: DCWV Embossed box of cards, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White for panel
Inks: Copics
Accessories: Butterfly, hearts, black pearl, twine, rhinestones

The background is the embossed card from my box colored with oil-pastel crayons. The center is a panel cut from a journaling card cutting file I found in the Silhouette Store. This was cut from Neenah Classic Crest Solar White paper. The red cardstock was stuck behind it. I first put in streaks of color with a darker Copic then colored over it with a lighter Copic marker. Instant DP! Added the twine, butterfly, hearts and rhinestones to complete the sketch.

This one goes for Retro Sketches 12.

Keep watching to see more of my creations from the Embossed box of cards! Thanks for stopping by!
