More Copic fun

A quick and important announcement: DON’T forget to drop by my blog on Monday! I have a very special post coming up and a very special guest will be with me for it 🙂

The Copic fun continues! With some more help from Laura, I expanded my collection. I now have this complete base kit of 36 markers that Michelle Houghton recommends as a must have for a serious starter. I don’t have all 36 of them yet but I will in a few days when my Taylored Expressions April Key Ingredients kit arrives!

Meanwhile, with the ones I got from Laura, here is what I made:

 Supplies:

Cardstock: DCWV Josephine box of cards base, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White for panel and sentiment, black cardstock for layering
Inks: Copics, Glitter gel pens, Memento tuxedo black
Stamp: Birthday Anya from The Greeting Farm
Accessories: Brads from TE March KI kit

First up, finally inked and stamped my Birthday Anya from The Greeting Farm that I had got in a secret sis swap on SCS. This also uses some brads from my March KI kit. The background is a card from DCWV’s Josephine box of cards. I have had them lying around for so long that I decided to try and use some. The sentiment is from PTI Birthday Inside Out.

Next, I have this cool Executive Woman image from The Paper Shelter. Same background but also added a journaling card from my Project Life kit to the image for some layering. Added a bit of ribbon from PTI and some black pearls to jazz it up. Sentiment from TE In The Park.

Supplies:
Cardstock: DCWV Josephine box of cards base, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White for panel and sentiment, Journaling card layer from Project Life kit, black cardstock for layering
Inks: Copics, Glitter gel pens, Memento tuxedo black
Stamp: Executive Woman from The Paper Shelter
Accessories: Ribbon from PTI, black pearls

Both of them go for the 365 Cards Day 42 – Filler ‘er up challenge.

Hope you liked them both!  And like I mentioned at the beginning of my post, don’t forget to drop by on Monday for a very special post!
