This is my first win in all the challenges I participated so far and feels great to be picked by Taylor who is one of my big inspirations for cardmaking! I will be playing along with the sketch crew in TESC155 so watch out for my creation in just few weeks 🙂 Also, check out my cool new blinkie on the sidebar!
And now for today’s card. You knew there was a green card coming up from me! How could I not get swept away in all the St. Patrick’s day celebrations?? So here it is:
Tools: Cuttlebug, Spellbinders petite ovals
I used my Cuttlebug and my Spellbinders petite ovals to cut and emboss the center oval. Colored the Rosie Posie stamp with Tombow markers and stamped it here. The spotted background and ribbon stripes are the result of looking at too many spots-and-stripes challenges 🙂 But they go so well with the green patterned paper and sugar brads.
This one goes for the following challenges:
- Really Reasonable Ribbon Monochromatic Green
- Polka Doodles polkadots or stripes
- Lia Stampz tic-tac-toe challenge (I used glitter, flowers, diecut)
- Pile it on Spots or Stripes
- SCS Sketch challenge
Thanks for looking and hope you enjoyed the card!
Beautiful card! LOVE this layout that you used. It’s very precise. You also tic-tac-toed very beautifully! Thanks for playing with us this fortnight at Lia Stampz!~CelyLia Stampz DT member
