Here is what I made:
As you can see, I am already thinking of spring and summer hence the bright colors! Stamped the flower from Stitches and Swirls with PTI true black ink and colored it with tombow markers. Added some faux stitching around the flower to complete the square.
Yes you guessed it! This is one of my no-sentiment cards 🙂 Though this time I left enough space on the card that I could write a sentiment if I need one.
TIP for Top Tip Tuesday: Keep a scraps drawer/basket for all the little leftover bits and pieces of your paper. That way if you are adding small elements to a card, you don’t have to cut into a whole new sheet of paper. My red strips on this card are from my scrap drawer.
Dedicating this card to Swati who being a fellow Gator and Mumbaiite is also eagerly waiting for spring and summer in Seattle!
