The Monday challenges at 365 cards and and Mojo Monday were 2 very interesting ones. The 365 cards one was to use 2 patterned papers we wouldn’t normally use together and the Mojo Monday was a beautiful sketch. Add to that the latest Papertrey challenge going on for the anniversary festivities and it was all a challenging mix to work together!
Here is the card I came up with:
Supplies:
Cardstock: Kraft from Papertrey Ink, SEI Promise Me, PTI green tea leaves, Studio Calico Memoir
Accessories: Basic Grey stitched brad, black pearls, Really Reasonable ribbon’s ribbon
Stamp: PTI Happy Trails butterfly, trail and sentiment
Inks: PTI true black, SU Coral red
For the 2 different patterned papers from 365 cards, I used 3 patterned papers here that I wouldn’t normally use but I think the embellishments really tie the papers together and complete the card.

For Papertrey’s latest challenge, I already had a Papertrey board of my own on Pinterest and this image using Happy Trails from Maile Belles has been sitting on my board since forever. Glad I finally got to use it to make a card.
