Saturday’s challenge at 365 Cards was to make a doodle on your card. This was great because I had got the Chomas Creations pen holder for my Cameo sometime ago and wanted to use it! Besides the challenge didn’t specify whether I should doodle or the Cameo 🙂 I settled for Cameo sketching the outline and me coloring inside it.
Here is what I came up with:
Supplies:
Cardstock: PTI pure poppy, PTI rustic cream
Accessories: Sugar brads, bling
Tools: Silhouette Cameo, shaping scissors
Pens: Uniball Signo Broad white gel pen, Souffle pens
Pens: Uniball Signo Broad white gel pen, Souffle pens
I drew this with my Uniball Signo Broad white gel pen on my Cameo. For those interested, my speed was 3 and thickness 9 with the “Sketch” setting selected.
I used my Souffle pens to color inside to get the solid look. Added some bling and brads to give it a shine then cut around the edge with my shaping scissors.
This card goes for 365 Cards Day 341 – Do a Doodle. With this I also successfully completed a whole week of 365 cards challenges!! Looking forward to many more this year 🙂
